    Product Performance
    1. Water resistance

    Product classification

    This product is suitable for the waterproof and moisture-proof of industrial and civil building roofs, basements, toilets, etc., as well as the waterproof of bridges, parking lots, swimming pools, tunnels, reservoirs and other buildings. This product adopts the torch hot melt method construction operation is convenient, safe, high construction efficiency, can be constructed all year round. The aluminum foil surface coil has a reflective cooling effect. The SBS and other modified asphalt used in this product has large elasticity, good low temperature flexibility, good applicable temperature difference and good resistance to deformation.
    Construction Requirements
    Construction must be strictly in accordance with the GB50207-2012 (roof engineering quality acceptance specification) and design regulations. The base should have a certain strength, should not be shell, loose, uneven, dust and foreign matter on the roof and warehouse joints must be removed. The basic level is required to be dry, and the water content is less than 8%. Generally, the base course is white without obvious water marks or a 1m × 1m linoleum is laid flat on a clean flat surface for 3-4h. If the surface color of the base layer covered with linoleum is still the same as that of the surrounding uncovered parts, without obvious watermark, the moisture content has reached the requirements. The method uses a hot-melt spray gun to bake the bonding surface of the molten coil. The coiled material and the base layer can be fully bonded, or point bonded or strip bonded. The area depends on the slope. For minimum bonding, the shale surface should be baked until the asphalt melts and covers the shale sheet, and then the coiled material overlapping with it should be baked. It shall be followed by baking and compaction. There must be excess asphalt extrusion at the lap edges. Coil long side lap, full sticky method is not less than 70mm, point sticky and strip sticky not less than 100mm; Short side lap, full sticky not less than 100mm, empty shop, point sticky and strip sticky not less than 150mm. When adopting the double-layer method, the upper and lower layers of coiled materials shall be staggered by 1/3 or 1/2 of the width with different seams. In the roof yin and yang corners, gutters, rain water inlets, roof ridges, lap joints and closing nodes, there are no wrinkles, empty drums, warping edges, delamination and slippage. Can also be used cold stick construction. Self-observation and inspection of construction quality after completion of construction. Do not wear spikes for operation. If the construction materials are flammable, attention should be paid to fire safety and fire extinguishing equipment should be provided. The coiled material shall be erected in a ventilated place for storage and shall not be exposed to the sun or in contact with heat sources.
