项目描述：
本项目起点位于码头村顺接规划西三环，起点桩号 K101+000，路线终于安溪火车站附近，于金谷镇枷楠水电站和安溪火车站之间与 S312(横八线)相衔接，终点桩号 YK105+300（桩号 ZK105+340），路线全长 4.313 公里。采用二级公路标准进行建设，路基标准宽度 18m、25m 米。设计速度 60Km/h。工程总造价17092万元，合同工期24个月。主要分为桥梁、隧道及路基工程。其中桥梁工程共计T梁28片，路基工程全长3km，隧道工程左洞长 1076 米，右洞长1020 米。
